Parent group support

The parents group here at Courthouse Green runs every Monday from 1pm until 3pm.
It is a very friendly and informal atmosphere where we discuss ways in which the parents can take an active role within the school.  Some of the activities that the group have taken an active role in are Christmas Fair, Futures Day and the Harvest Festival.  The group worked very hard to make the Christmas Fair a great success and an enjoyable event, raising £600 for outdoor equipment for the new school.  In the near future we hope to be involved in the "CG Factor" and other exciting activities.

We also invite professionals from various agencies to come in and explain about what their agency can provide for the parents. We have had parents that have attended college courses and really enjoyed the experience.

So if you want to pop in for a cup of tea and a biscuit and find out how you can play a role within your child's school, please come along to the Parents Group every Monday from 1pm until 3pm in the SEAL Room.  There is no obligation to attend every week.
